Acceptable Use Policy

Effective June 4, 2026

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses synklink.co or our Services. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. We may suspend or terminate access for violations and report unlawful activity to authorities.

2. Prohibited content and data

  • Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Child sexual abuse material or content sexualizing minors.
  • Content that promotes terrorism, violence, or unlawful discrimination.
  • Sensitive personal data (health, biometric, government IDs, payment card data) unless covered by a written agreement that specifically authorizes such processing.
  • Malware, exploits, or content intended to disrupt systems.

3. Prohibited conduct

  • Attempting to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.
  • Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of our systems without written permission.
  • Interfering with Service performance, including denial-of-service activity or excessive automated traffic.
  • Reverse engineering or scraping the Site or Services except as permitted by law.
  • Using the Services to generate or train models for unlawful surveillance, biometric identification of individuals without consent, social scoring, or any use prohibited by applicable AI regulation.

4. Responsible AI

Customers are responsible for how they use deliverables and any AI systems trained on them. You agree not to deploy outputs in high-risk contexts (medical, legal, financial, safety-critical) without appropriate human review, validation, and disclosures required by law.

5. Reporting abuse

Report suspected violations to abuse@synklink.co with enough detail for us to investigate.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action we consider appropriate, including removing content, suspending Services, terminating engagements, or cooperating with law enforcement. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you unless prohibited or impractical.
